Can you change the mods on teh charrslayer focus from Jonathon blunt? If you craft it it comes out with a +10 v charr mod can you take that out?

The Charr-related mods on the crafted Charrslaying weapons are unremovable.

Edit: and also unreplaceable, for example you can't put a +30 mod on the sword because it would have to remove the +20% vs. Charr.
